PrintPAC Prior Approval Form

PrintPAC may solicit the restricted class of Printing Industries of America’s member companies - the executive and administrative personnel who are paid on a salary and have policymaking, managerial, professional or supervisory responsibilities.

As dictated by Federal Election Law, before PrintPAC can solicit the restricted class of one of Printing Industries of America’s member companies, PrintPAC must seek and obtain written prior approval from a corporate representative with whom Printing Industries of America regularly conducts business.   PrintPAC must also have prior approval in order for a member company to receive important information on PrintPAC activities or communications on federal election activities.

In a calendar year, a corporation may authorize only one trade association to solicit its restricted class.
